The electromagnetic air valve consists of two basic parts: an electromagnet and an air system. The electromagnet is cylindrical, and its internal coil is an epoxy resin casting. An iron core moving within the coil hole controls the valve seat cone via the air system. The smaller diameter iron core rests against a brass washer to prevent it from jamming against the top cover.
The shaft is sealed by a flange washer and a retaining ring. The top cover is sealed by four points on the end cover flange, and the hole in the end cover is sealed by a pin and a washer. The center hole connecting to the protruding end of the iron core is sealed by a washer with a top cover. The valve can be manually closed in case the electromagnet fails, provided the washer and the protruding end of the iron core are in place.
The top cover is secured to the end cover with two M3×3 bolts. The basic part of the air system is an aluminum alloy housing. Air supply pipes are screwed into the housing, and the air supply pipes for the working mechanism and the air exhaust pipes for the working mechanism are tightened. Secure the valve seat cone with a rubber gasket inside the housing. Install the air valve core cone between the valve seat cones. Install springs in the recesses of the valve seat cones and the pipe joints. Press the gasketed valve seat cones into the housing base.
The air system must be securely fastened to the electromagnet using O-rings and flexible cylindrical pins.
