Damaged or poorly wired solenoid coil. The solenoid valve's switching mechanism uses a solenoid coil to generate a magnetic field, causing the magnetic core to engage and disengage, thus connecting or disconnecting the valve. If the solenoid coil is damaged or poorly wired, the solenoid valve will fail to open.
Stuck valve core or poor seal. When the solenoid valve is closed, it presses the valve core against the valve seat to achieve a seal. If the valve core is stuck due to debris or a poor seal, the solenoid valve will fail to open.
Blockage at the solenoid valve inlet or outlet. Some industrial fluids may contain particles or impurities that can become lodged at the solenoid valve's inlet or outlet, preventing it from opening.
