Various models of electromagnetic vacuum valves

Electromagnetic vacuum valves are used in vacuum systems, primarily to control the on/off state of vacuum system pipelines and the flow of media. They are mainly divided into electromagnetic vacuum valves with charging ports and general-purpose vacuum solenoid valves, commonly known as imported vacuum solenoid valves.

Based on the driving method, they are mainly divided into electromagnetically driven. Based on structure, they can be divided into diaphragm type and piston type. Based on function, they can be divided into those with charging ports.

The DE LOCKE electromagnetic vacuum valve with charging port is a special valve installed on a mechanical vacuum pump. The valve and pump are connected to the same power supply and are linked for control. When the pump stops, the valve automatically closes the vacuum system and opens the charging port to allow atmospheric air in, thus preventing pump oil backflow and contamination of the vacuum system. Its operating pressure differential range is 105~1×10⁻³ Pa, and it is suitable for air and non-corrosive gases. The power supply voltage is 220V/50Hz.

The GDC-Q5 electromagnetic high vacuum valve is connected to high and low vacuum systems. When energized, the valve plate opens and closes the charging port, connecting the pipeline; when de-energized, the valve plate closes, cutting off the pipeline while simultaneously opening the charging port to charge the system. Its nominal diameter is DN5, and its applicable pressure range is 105~6.7×10⁻⁴ Pa, with a valve leakage rate ≤1.3×10⁻⁴ Pa·L/s.
