The pneumatic sleeve control valve is a pressure-balanced control valve, typically composed of a multi-spring pneumatic diaphragm actuator and a sleeve control valve body. Its core design features a sleeve-guided, pressure-balanced double-sealing valve core structure with an S-shaped streamlined fluid passage. The pneumatic sleeve control valve is characterized by its compact structure, light weight, sensitive operation, low pressure drop, large allowable differential pressure, high flow capacity, low noise, and good stability.

The product employs a sleeve-type valve core design, with an external sleeve containing a window to determine the flow capacity and flow characteristics. Performance can be altered by changing the sleeve. The balanced double-sealing valve core minimizes unbalanced forces, allows for a large allowable differential pressure, and ensures stable operation. The large valve core guide surface reduces oscillations caused by eddies and impacts. The valve seat uses a modular structure for easy automatic alignment and maintenance; the valve core and stem are integrated to ensure stability under high differential pressure. A patented design creates a stable clearance space between the valve seat and the valve body for installing a sleeve, and allows the sleeve to float, effectively reducing the probability of valve core jamming caused by sleeve deformation.

Nominal diameter range: DN20~400mm. Nominal pressure rating: PN1.6~10.0MPa (or PN10~64). Applicable fluid temperature range: -200℃ to +560℃. Leakage standard: Class IV or Class VI. Inherent adjustable ratio: usually 50:1, customizable to 100:1. Rated flow coefficient (Kv): depending on the diameter and characteristics, linear characteristics correspond to 6.9 to 690, and equal percentage characteristics correspond to 6.3 to 630. Signal range: 20~100kPa, 40~200kPa, etc. Air source pressure: 0.14MPa, 0.25MPa, etc.

Flow characteristics mainly include linear characteristics and equal percentage characteristics. The equal percentage characteristic ensures more stable adjustment accuracy at different opening degrees. Main component materials: Valve body and cover commonly use HT200, WCB, ZG1Cr18Ni9Ti, etc.; valve core and seat commonly use 1Cr18Ni9Ti, Stellite alloy weld overlay; soft-seal valve head uses reinforced PTFE; packing is PTFE or flexible graphite.

The product has various variations to meet different operating conditions, including standard type, regulating and shut-off type, bellows-sealed type (preventing fluid leakage), and jacketed insulation type (for easily crystallizing or solidifying media). It can be equipped with electro-pneumatic valve positioners, air filter regulators, position holding valves, limit switches, valve position transmitters, handwheel mechanisms, and other accessories to achieve automatic adjustment and control of process parameters.

Pneumatic sleeve control valves are particularly suitable for applications with large flow rates, large pressure differences across the valve, and low tolerance for leakage. The sleeve structure effectively buffers the impact and wear of the medium on the valve core, provides stable guidance for the valve core, suppresses vibration, reduces unbalanced forces, and results in lower noise. It is widely used in chemical, power, papermaking, food, metallurgy, mining and other industrial fields for precise control of process parameters such as pressure, flow rate, temperature and liquid level.
