Regarding leakage, the leakage of metal seat valves is less than 0.01% of the valve's rated capacity, conforming to ANSI B16.104-1976 Class IV standard; the leakage of soft seat valves is less than [percentage missing. Hysteresis is less than 1% of the full stroke with a positioner and less than 3% without a positioner (less than 5% for LHA1 actuators without a positioner). Basic error is less than ±1% of the full stroke with a positioner and less than ±5% without a positioner. The adjustable range is 50:1 (when 0.25≤Cv≤14) or 30:1 (when Cv≤0.16).
Standard V-type PTFE packing is used. Detailed CV value and stroke correspondence tables (nominal diameter 40-200mm) and allowable differential pressure tables (listed according to different actuators, supply pressures, spring ranges, and positioner configurations, nominal diameter 40-200mm) are provided for accurate selection.
